Hey everyone! I'm preparing to move out of the campus halls next semester and looking for quiet, safe areas off-campus. My top priorities are stable borehole water and minimal electricity blackouts because of my remote coding internship. Which student estates or streets do you recommend within 10-15 minutes walking distance to the faculty area? What is the current average rent for a self-contain flat there?
