How does CampusAparte Safe Pay work when checking into a newly booked room?

It's super simple and transparent! Here is how it works: 1. You pay via the platform using card/transfer/USSD. The funds are placed in Safe Pay custody. 2. You receive an instant booking voucher and confirmation code. 3. The landlord or Simba Ambassador meets you at the property on your move-in date and hands you the keys. 4. You test all amenities (light, tap water, door locks). 5. On your student dashboard, you tap 'Confirm Move-in & Release Funds'. Only then is the disbursement triggered to the landlord's verified bank account! If the room doesn't match the listing, you can open a dispute and get a refund.
